i had 3 females drop tails at once (during a hurricane evac.) and it took them about 2 months to fully grow back.
don't know about your gecko but i could not put anything on their tail "nubs" they just freaked out and licked it off or tryed to rub it on the side of the tank irritating the area...
wow i had to read that twice before i realized he was on the floor of the store. thats sad that apparently no one noticed. but he look really healthy to me. alot better than most i see in those places.

reintro. is an option but how many people breed wild caught morphs? even the normals we have now vary quite a bit from wild caughts. 90% of the morphs being bred can not survive in the wild.
i've got tile in my tanks and i put papertowel in their bathroom corner. And every one of them ( i've got 3 in one tank...babies) decided they would rather sleep on the papertowels and started "going" on the other side of the tank!!! What a bunch of weirdos. they have totally abandoned all their...

phoenix worms are super easy to keep you don't feed them or keep them in the fridge or anything. You keep them in the container they come in and i've had some for 2+ months and they never turned into flies. All my geckos tolerate them not sure if they really like them but they are all real big...
is this guy a normal?? I've always thought he was but looking at websites and stuff i've seen several that look like him that people are listing as tangs.
My babies got stuck on repti carpet too. It can cause so damage to their lower jaw if they freak out to much. I use slate now its not as much of a hassle as you might think.
