How do you guys get your pictus to bite you :o I have never had one of my pictus bite me and quite a few I have had where surprisingly handleable. Still it is hard for me to think of getting hurt by a pictus gecko barely as long as my index finger. >_>
It is in my ghetto incubator right now, it's been a little while since I've gotten to hatch any babies. :)

She laid an egg today! It is HUGE. Twice the size of my picta eggs. :D She only laid one so hopefully that means she is done for the season. Wonderful gecko, ate like a pig afterwards. :)
I'd like to think she is gaining a little weight now even from when I first took her. She gets fed every day and is becoming less picky with eats. Wonderful gecko but I don't like to handle her too much in case whatever is in her belly might hurt her.
Picta are awesome but are more difficult to handle then leos. I kept mine with half dry sand and half damp soil or mixed the sand and soil. I misted twice weekly, most seem to enjoy misting and will come out of hiding for it. Slightly cooler basking temps then leos. Rock piles, slate or...
