Hi. Glad you’re enjoying your new friend. Do you have moistened moss inside the hide? My guys love it with moss inside. Also, I found those drawer liner sheets (not the sticky bottom ones) are very easy to cut to size and clean and their nails don’t get stuck in it.

Thanks. They’re my first leopard geckos I’m just amazed at the different morphs that are out there for them. Lots more personality and color than my plated lizard or uromastyx I had in the past.

Yeah I was more curious than anything else. I don’t intend to get rid of them, but the variety they had available was very interesting. I had read that they change quite a bit in that first year so you’re probably correct that I cannot get a good idea until after then. Thanks

Thanks for the input. I had wondered about tile and was worried my under tank heater might not heat through it, do you not have that issue?

I was looking at EVA shelf liners for the flooring for my guys. It appears to be heat resistant up to 176 degrees, washable and water resistant. Has anyone tried this?
