they mostly eat crickets but will sometimes get mealworms, waxworms, and on rare occasions superworms. the powder i use is zoo-med with D3. i actually don't dust their food often so i just let them eat the powder with D3 once in awhilenevin moyer is an amazing gaint breeder. heres his website
