Hi,
my adult female leo has gained some weight and her belly seems "bloated". She had surgery in Jan to remove an abscess from her leg, and is healed now. After that I noticed that he r tail (regrown tail) was skinnier (seemed deflated) Now her stomach seems larger and is hard.. I had her back to the vet today and they weren't sure if she's just gaining weight, is egg bound, impacted, or has a tumour. They suggested an X-ray, but I opted to monitor for a bit first (I've spent $700 thus far since January). The vet thought she was 78 g in January and 80 g today. I just had her on a scale and she was 76 (first time weighed at home on this scale).
