Blue dot?

Okay, i just checked my female hypo thats been losing weight(now gaining it back), and she has a blue dot under her. I've heard of a pink dot during ovulation, but blue..?

Mine actually get bluish dots, and not pink. I think it might just be a vein that you can see through the skin, so nothing to worry about. But wait and see what other people with more experience than myself say about it too
