Bubbles behind front legs?

I have a 10 month old male leopard gecko. I noticed a little over a month ago he had two bubble like lumps, one behind each front leg. The bumps are very soft and don’t appear to cause him pain. I had read it could mean I was over supplementing so I decreased his supplements from every feeding to every other feeding. Currently he is getting 6 medium to large mealworms three times a week. They are dusted every other feeding with Repashy Calcium Plus. He doesn’t appear obese and is shedding well/ performing normal gecko behaviors. Do I need to get him seen by a vet? Has anyone experienced these? I am posting a couple pictures of his body confirmation for reference.

I have found that some geckos get them and some don't. It could be possibly related to over supplementation because I only supplement mine once a week and no one has them. It doesn't need a vet visit and it's not a big deal.

Do you happen to know what time morph you have here?
He/she looks almost exactly like the one that we picked up the other day.
