Contact Paper Substrate

Hey all,
New here and pretty new to the world of leos. I also keep snakes (boas and balls) and have been using aspen bedding for the geckos too, since I have so much of it laying around.

I was looking into another type of substrate for the leos (and bearded dragon) and was wondering if anyone has used contact paper, such as the kind you would use for shelf liner? I think it would be really easy to clean, but I wanted to get some opinions from the experts.

Something like this:

Just let me know what you think... all opinions appreciated! Thanks!

The only thing I would look out for is the extra slick stuff. Some contact paper can have a pretty high gloss finish which would probably make your reptiles uncomfortable. Just look for the kind that has a little texture to it.
