Crooked spine or MBD?

Hi recently acquired a Tremper snow juvenile. Looking at it when I got home the spine seems to be crooked or possibly food in stomach? Any input?

I responded privately to the original poster, but I"ll mention here as well that I did hatch out one leopard gecko with a progressively kinked spine in 13 years, so at least in my case, it most likely wasn't genetic.
