Water Crystals are super absorbent polymers in the form of white granules. They
sometimes are referred to as hydro gels, polymer crystals, or water gels.
Live Arrival Warranty:
If your high temperatures are above 95 degrees or below 40 degrees in your part of the country their will not be a LAG unless you chose to Express overnight shipping (extra charge). To get the full refund you must be able to accept the package on first delivery attempt. The buyer has to notify me within 2 hours after receiving the package with pictures verifying DOA. I will not be held responsible for shipping errors or delays.
*Unfortunately due to state laws we cannot ship to Florida
