Dusting

I have plans on getting a crested gecko and would like to know can i use an all in one calcium and multivitamin supplement (its a mix) for dusting insects?And how often should I feed a baby , juvenile and an Adult?I do also want to add that the insects will only be occasionally and I will be mostly using gel mixes like pangea.

The all in one is fine for a crested gecko. I have fed my hatchlings and adults on the following schedule:
CGD on Tuesday and Friday evenings
Crickets on Monday and Thursday evenings

It seemed to work for everyone.
