I'm about to go home for the summer and it's about 2 hours home from OSU... I've had lots of eggs hatch but i still have some in the incbuator. Has anyone ever had to transport eggs and what should i do to keep them safe? Thanks for any responses..
as i have leo's at my place and at my parents i transport eggs quite regularly
is a 1 hour drive, is put them i a cooling box and leave them in their incubating boxes. Sometimes even without the cooling box , and seat heating helps a bit
some of them have hathced a couple days after my trip home.
just thought i would share that at least a couple made it ok!:main_thumbsup:
the rest of them aren't due for a little while though
