I just got a Leopard Gecko a couple days ago, and noticed something is wrong with one eye. Can anyone identify what is wrong using the attached picture?
Where did you get the gecko from? The eye looks crusty and it could be a number of things including: a tiny piece of shed stuck in the eye making goopy, an infection in the eye, some dirt that got into the eye and scratched it up. Start by gently wetting the eye with a q-tip or by putting a few drips of warm water on it with an eyedropper. See if you can peel off any of that crusty stuff. In the long run, a visit to a reptile vet may be in its future.
