First Chahoua

I'm proud to announce the first chahoua to this forum and the first to my collection.

Meet Tag.

He is a P.I baby. I am thinking male as I see pores.

Tag gets his name because looking at his face, I see an evil villain in there. Antagonist was shortened to just Tag.

i Cant wait to get a crested. I just got my first leopard and i seen these geckos when i got home and found this forum i instently fell in love with them.

This isn't a crested gecko, but a chahoua.

Wow neat... looks like a walking piece of bark. What's the temperament like? What type of environment do they come from? A link will do if you don't want to go all into it.

They're to be housed similar to crested geckos, but slightly higher humidity, more proteins, and a larger enclosure.

Forgot to mention temperament. I've heard can be cage aggressive. Other than that I think fairly docile. I've read several posts online, though where they can pack a powerful bite and can be aggressive over cage decor, even if the decor is out of the cage (like if it pull it all out with the gecko on it).
