Gecko Has Blue areas on stomach?

Hi, I was looking over my gecko and noticed these on him/her is he/she ok? (also could someone help me ident gender?)

It's veins and probably pee or poop that hasn't come out yet.

Yes I agree you can barley see it I don’t believe there is anything to worry about but keep us posted.
