Gecko Lizard - Swollen Chest

Hello - hoping someone can help...
My son's gecko lizard has a swollen upper chest area. It appears swollen all the way across his chest. He is eating and drinking normally. My son said that his gecko is a bit frantic acting at night lately - jumping around and being very active - very unusual compared to his normal nocturnal activity.

Many geckos have squishy lumps under their arms, but this one is much bigger than I've ever seen. I once hatched a leopard gecko that had fluid under it's skin throughout the body, but this seems to be a sudden onset for yours. I really think you're going to have to make a vet appointment.
