Hatchling Eating Habits

My hatchling ate pretty heavily yesterday and didn't want to eat today. Is this normal and healthy?

It's probably fine. Especially when they're just getting started, they can be somewhat inconsistent sometimes.

100% normal. They often don't eat every single day or the day they shed. I weigh mine once every week or two to make sure they're growing. After the first couple of weeks they should gain a bit of weight every week or I would worry.
