Help! I found these little bugs in my foster gecko's cage. They are just cricket beetles right.

The picture isn't good enough to be able to identify them. They are not parasites infesting your gecko. Most likely they are dermestid beetles (google them to see a picture) that often come with the crickets. They are good at cleaning cricket enclosures by eating dead crickets. If you see any 1/2" long centipede looking things with lots of legs those are the beetle larvae.
