How long will she lay?

My female just laid her second clutch. I ave been feeding her gutloaded dished crickets ever night since I found the first egg. She was fed every other day before. I have noticed that her tail is starting to look deflated. She is loosing some of her stored fat. How long will she lay? Until her reserves are used up? I've read that egg laying is especially hard on fat tail females.

I have had them lay anywhere from 2- 8 clutches. One thing that may help, if she'll tolerate it, is to hold her and gently hand feed her. One of my fat tails was looking really depleted last season after 3 clutches and after a few daily hand-feedings she visibly gained weight and looked better. I have found that my fat tails are more likely than the leos to go off food, look as if it's having an effect on them, need a little manual assistance to get going again and then bounce back pretty quickly.

She's got a good appetite. Eats every night, so no worries there.
