How to get day gecko out from behind background

Hi,

I have my pair of Gold Dust Day Geckos in an 18x18x24 exo terra, and realized today that I haven't seen the female in a while so I went on a hunt for her in the tank. Of course, the first place I thought to look was behind the background because I know they like to hide back there. Sure enough, she's back there. I don't want to take the background out because the tank is pretty heavily decorated with bamboo and taking it out would be a pain, plus, I don't want her to escape in the process. Any ideas as far as how to get her out of there? Maybe flooding behind it with water?

Thanks

If there's any way you can pull the top of the background forward to make more of an opening at the top, you can then stick something thin behind the background and chase her out. Then you'll have to take some wet paper towel and stuff it in all the cracks. It will dry into a papier mache type texture and hopefully she'll stay out of there.
