So I have vermiculite in the bottom of my egg cup with an egg tray I opened the incubator today and the eggs were dented are they still good. Also how may times should I be spraying a day I don’t want the eggs to get cold but my vermiculite clearly isn’t working.

Not sure what you mean by "egg cup" and "egg tray". Usually the eggs go in a closed container with some kind of substrate (perlite, vermiculite, hatch-rite) and that container is put in the incubator. There should not be little holes in the container. If the container is closed tight and there was enough moisture in the substrate, and the container is opened for about 30 seconds once a week, there should be no need to spray or add more water. Sometimes, especially with the first clutch of the season, the eggs are just no good and even though they look good initially, they collapse.
