The one without markings is my female, Ethel, and the other one is a male, Fred.

Welcome! It's a little hard to tell with Ethel. She's probably either a Murphy's patternless or blizzard. She looks more like a blizzard in the first photo and more like a patternless in the second (whiter tail). You can read about these morphs here: leopardgeckowiki.com
