I am in need of help

I brought a crested gecko yesterday and although I have kept lizards before I've never had a gecko, he's the cutest little thing and when I picked him up the shop have me everything I needed but they didn't supply me with a light? Do they need one?

cresties are nocturnal,they don't require any supplemental lighting or heat pads,room temperature in the 70's and frequent mistings are all you should need (environmentally,anyway) for it to thrive.
