Injured/infected crested gecko nail?

Hello, I have a 2 1/2 year old female crested gecko who has been in great health as far as I am aware. (I've had her for 2 years) However, I was spraying her cage/replacing her food and I noticed that one of her toenails looked like it had something stuck on it, or that it is possibly rotting in some way. Is this something I should be concerned about? I tried removing it with some fine tweezers, but it seemed very stuck and I don't want to injure her. Any suggestions or further questions are appreciated, thanks! 20201028_041057.jpg 20201028_035716.jpg

Sometimes there is shed stuck on end of the toe near the toenail and it cuts off blood supply there so the toenail comes off. It's unfortunate but not dangerous.
