Is it ok for my 6 mos old to eat every day?

When I got Henry, the breeder said to feed him about every other day until adult. But he didn't eat for a few days so I got an UTH and ditched the overhead lights and he's back on feed. We have a 2 month old female (Rosa) who we feed everyday so I started feeding Henry daily too and he's gobbling his mealworms/crickets right up. I can't overfeed him this young, right? When should I cut the feedings down?

Cut the feedings to every other day when he doesn't seem to be hungry every day.
