just hatched - did not absord egg seck

Hi everyone. One of my eggs hatched, but did not have the egg sack attached - it is all still in the egg. This one is so thin!!!! Has vim and vigour so far. I am after any insights on what I can do to help ensure it's survival and success. This egg is the last of the season from my Elly - May her first yr of laying eggs.

She will be in a warm plastic shoe box heated by heat tape, it is moist but but not wet. Substrate is paper towel.

what are people's experience??

Keep it hydrated and offer small feeders after it sheds. I've had both success and failure with geckos this small, pretty much about the same as with regular sized gecko hatchlings.
