my gecko is not gaining weight

Hı everyone, my gecko is not eating and I had to do forced feeding. At first it was going well. It could increase from 15 grams to 19 grams, but one day it changed its skin and started to vomit after that day, now it has dropped back to 15 grams, what do you think I can do please help me (I don't know English, I used a translation, I may have written it badly)

Your English is fine. Where did you get your gecko from? I think you need to take it to the vet and have it tested for cryptosporidiosis. This is a bad parasite. I'm not saying that your geckos has it (I'm not a vet) but it's important to make sure.
