My poor Khayman and Mekare.

Today was a VERY sad day. I lost both Khayman and mekare. They were my first rescued babies. That was almost 6 years ago. Both had started to decline in health several months ago. The vet couldnt find anything wrong other then they were older geckos ( 16 and 17 years). We tried everything but Khayman passed away this morning around 8 am and oddly enough mekare passed away around 11. We had been told that they were put togther as hatchlings and they lived their whole lives together so I guess it was fitting that they should pass on together. RIP my beautiful babies.

Very sad. They came into this world together, and left together... now that is eternal love. What you did for them was very special. You gave them a life they wouldn't have otherwise had. RIP little ones.

I really do believe that leos are especial little sprits. Im sure they made a great team.
