Hi my leopard gecko Bella has been losing weight recently and her tail has become thinner and her abdomen has become larger, she is pooping fine, so I am worried that there are eggs, she has never laid eggs before and I’m worried as I can’t actually tell if it’s eggs.
Any help would be much appreciated.

(Her abdomen feels like there may be eggs but I can’t be sure at all)

Please consider a vet!!! Belly growing larger can be indicative of many conditions, eggs, parasites, tumors..... You need a vet to determine what is wrong. Tr to choose a vet that has the tech to test poop, blood etc. or at least will send samples away.

Until you can get to a vet, supplementing is essential. You can try force-feeding. Try to ground up your food source and force-feeding. Even dropping little bits on the nose. Make sure they are getting the vits and supplements they need.

sometimes you can see the eggs if you pick them up. Google it.
