Freya passed away today :bigcry:
We saw she wasnt well yesterday as she was very restless and not her usual friendly self.
We noticed a dark mark on her belly and some forming eggs and thought she might be having trouble passing them.
She was very sluggish and didnt look well at all.
I made an appointment for the vet to see her but she gave up at around 2:30pm...i was sat with her when she died :cry:
We still took her to the vet and she had a large dark area on her belly and about 4 egg yolks. The vet said something inside had gone wrong and it was really bad luck.
We are having her cremated and her ashes put into a wooden casket to keep at home.
We are going to really miss her, she was very friendly and always loved to be picked up. She was very special to us and today has been heartbreaking :bigcry:
