seeding a gecko vivarium

Hey just wondering if I should get springtails or anything else for my viv for my crested geckos?
I read springtails are good for soil and frogs like to eat them, but I haven't seen if they are good for plants and geckos.
Also is there anything else I should seed the tank with?

I like to use isopods as well. You can get them from the back yard ("roly polys" or "pill bugs") but you can also order nice looking white or orange ones online (or get them at a reptile show). I got a cup of each about 5 years ago and have seeded all of my planted enclosures.

I'd offer a suggestion but I've only used paper towels so I haven't seeded anything. My cresties do awesome with a rotation of Pangea and Clarks diets supplemented with a few dubia once a week.
