Well the female I purchased finally arrived yesterday and I couldnt be happier. I spent a good 10 minutes trying to find her this morning and she was right out in the open on a branch I didnt even think to look at..lol Here are some pics, not the greatest, I just wanted to snap a few before putting her in her new home.

I love her legs

And her toes are freaking cute

She is such a soft super pale green when fully fired, and an off white when not. Super stoked!

She's gorgeous Melissa! Has she let her beard down all the way for you? I find my girls lets their beards down about 95% of the time & my boy about 80% of the time. They are so amazing to watch, especially when they hunt. You're going to love her to pieces!

As a few of you know from facebook or pangea I ended up finding her a male I fell in love with. Just never got around to posting him up here!

Here is another pic of her

So far no neither one have shown me their beards :( I keep looking as she is easy to spot being in a tank, he is in a tub so I have to open his lid and it startles him a little. Maybe someday I can see it!

yep! Dont worry I get a little confused also, I find sleeping henks to kinda look like sleeping sikoraes to me, so I am slowly trying to notice the differences in between them (besides size). Makes me glad I have 8 more months to really learn more about them before my female is old enough to breed, that way I am not in over my head right away (if babies even happen at all!)

When I started out, I couldn't tell the difference between a Henkeli and Fimbriatus. Now I can usually tell with a brief glance, and sometimes don't even know why I'm so sure. When you've seen a lot of them, for a good while, it turns into second nature.

Congratulations on the pair, I hope they do well for you.
