Shed problems.. toe bone?

I recently noticed my leo had tons of shed skin stuck on his toe, so I soaked it and peeled it off, but it looks super skinny. Is it down to the bone? Will it hurt him? I feel like an awful owner right now most of his toes have fallen off due to his previous owner but I’m scared I’m not doing any better. I circled the toe I just shed.

It looks kind of like a long nail. I don't think you have to worry about it. Just keep helping him shed if he needs it.
