Is this stuck shed?

The white at the tip of her toes, I can't tell if it's shed

Can't really tell from the photo but you can give her feet a warm soak or use a damp q tip and rub her toes a bit to see if it loosens up.

One of my females is skittish so what I do make a Luke warm bath thats barely shoulder height place in terranium and place here in and she will sit so I don't have to handle her as she's still young
