Succulents

Would succulents grow okay in coconut fibre with an led growth light in an arid tank?

Obviously not succulents with thorns. You can try anything, but I think the best solution is to put succulents in little pots so you can pick up the pot when they need to be watered and drench them. As time has gone by, I've transitioned to putting potted plants in the enclosures instead of planting directly because the substrate is usually pretty shallow.
