Super worm “squirt”

I was feeding my breaded dragons and leopard gecko today and I used my tweezers to feed them the super worms... anyways... when I picked one up it squirted stuff out and it went onto my face (cheek/near my mouth). What is it, and could it cause harm or a wart ??

Haha that's pretty gross! You're fine though just wash it off. It won't cause any harm
