Supplement replacement frequency

Does anyone know how often calcium and other supps should be replaced? I am under the impression that their nutrient levels drop after several months of being opened.

Pure calcium supplements do not degrade, vitamin/mineral mixes should be replaced at 6 month intervals.

Would the calcium/D3 need to be replaced every six months too?

most brand names have an expiration date or best if used by date somewhere on the container.
