Vermiculite Lay box?

hey guys im planning on making a lay box tonight. I plan on using vermiculite but do i do the 1 part water 2 parts vermiculite or i just put it there and mist it a little bit?

im using cocotnut bricks for the lay box and it works great as the coconut brick is dark in color so you can see the eggs much easier and it holds moisture very well and is soft too!

I use coco fiber. I used to use vermiculite but the geckos were eating it (it was coming out the other end). In general the lay box should be moist but not wet. If you're using vermiculite, put in enough water to achieve moist but not wet.

I use peat moss. Everyone finds something to be easiest for them. Weither it is cause of the color or how available it is for them to buy.
