I highly doubt that mine is the best, but I bought one on eBay (and also accidently got a "pocket scale" but it's okay). Paid $21.50 shipped and it's highly accurate. Just make sure you get one that has a readability of .1 grams for accuracy, and make sure you double check the capacity (how much weight the scale can hold). I recommend at least 200 gram capacity, ours is 1000 gram, called a Magnum Digital Weighing Scale.
Albey recommends an ACCULAB GS-200 on his website, but I had problems finding that exact model.

This is the scale I use. It's fine but small, it does have a tare button so you can put a bowl or something on it.
