Why is my leopard gecko not active?

Hi, so my leopard gecko is almost 6 months old, I’ve had him for 2 months. He‘s eating and will run and pounce for food. He’s pooping, and for some reason he never comes out of his hide. I set up a camera and he did absolutely nothing all night. He’s been to the vet, had pinworm and got treated for it. His warm side stays between 90 and 93 degrees Fahrenheit. I have pictures of his tank below. The warm and moist hide are under the sea grass thing. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Abby

It looks as if you have some nice places for your gecko to explore, but leopard geckos are fundamentally lazy animals, some more than others. It's nearly 11:00 at night here and of my 21 leopard geckos exactly 2 of them are walking around! You could try moving things around occasionally or making your gecko work harder to find its food.
