I agree with @acpart, you have an albino! I noticed that he/she has some stuck shed on his front toes, that needs to be taken off. You can try gently pulling it, but if that doesn't work you could try soaking his feet in a warm container of water. The water shouldn't come up past the gecko's...

You shouldn't put insects right in the enclosure. If the leopard gecko doesn't eat them they might nibble on him. When it's feeding time, it would be best to watch to make sure he eats all of them :)
