Awww, she's a cutie! Yeah, the q-tip thing after moist paper towel is also what I do. It looks like stuck shed may be the cause of the toe abnormality you are seeing (back left foot, right?)... She should be fine. It's amazing what they can go through and still survive...and thrive...

Ya know, you could have also fed them until the store opened. Wow. I've raised baby mice on several occassions, and I don't think it would have been that hard to keep them overnight. *shakes head* -Andrea

I have no idea then :main_huh: All I do is throw in some veggies when I have leftovers, but I totally understand. Now, if you don't like those beetles, I bet you REALLY hate superworm beetles! I admit they creep me out a bit! -Andrea ;)

I buy 50 lbs of wheat bran at a time for around $15 at my local feed mill. Best thing to do if you're breeding...saves a lot of money! -Andrea

Are you taking them out of the fridge every couple weeks and allowing them to thaw out and eat? It's been awhile before I've kept my mealworms in the fridge, but when I did I know it was important that they were allowed to warm up and hydrate/eat every couple weeks. Not sure if that helps or...
