If your gecko is a girl, you can house it with another female. If its a boy, he will have to stay by himself because unless they are raised together males get all huffy and fight. If you get him a girlfriend they will breed, and you will have to worry about what to do with the eggs and babies...
I get them every once in a while. They are laying eggs in the CGD if they spilled it somewhere in the cage. that would be where its starting. Other then that i wouldn't worry. My geckos will eat them if they catch them with no ill effects. If you find the source and remove it the flys will...
She was bred with a bi colored male. hes a light orange on top with olive green sides when hes flared. One of the eggs hatched, Ill post pictures of them both when my roommate gets home :)
