Hi :) got my first gecko about two months ago, she's a very sweet gargoyle girl, but I'm still very new to all this. I've noticed she has what looks like a little skin tag or small soft bubble like growth on the side of one of her toes. Just wondering if anyone knows what it is & if she's okay...
