Kariosus

I've always loved reptiles as a kid; my dream was to have a chameleon (instead I recieved two newts). I was much too young back then to fully appreciate having a reptile for a pet (I still took good care of them! When I gave them away to a family friend he ended up forgetting to feed them and they both died terribly... I wish I had kept them, the poor things). I learned that chameleons do not like to be handled (such a shame, their pinchy-hands are so interesting! And I really wanted a reptile that I could handle frequently) so I gave up on that dream. My sister recently aquired a gargoyle gecko (which bit me and drew blood, he is not people-friendly >_>; ) and a leopard gecko (such a sweetie!). Previously I thought leos were boring, but after looking after Khavu (my sister's leo) I fell in love with their expressive, dumpy tails and friendly natures. And so, I bought my own leo, and named him King Ghidorah (after a godzilla movie monster, heh). I am a nervous mommy and I want to make sure my little leo is being cared for properly! Thus why I joined this forum :]
