what would that be? just vinegar and water?

So I have just put tile in my tank after having paper towels. I was wondering should I just scrape the "poops" off with a paper towel or is there something safe i should use to spot clean with the geckos in there?

Well I have always just used the uth with no thermostat and had good 88-90 degrees but now I have changed my 55 gallon to tile flooring and its getting too hot. Don't worry Iv changed it back for now but Could someone reccomend a cheap thermostat that will acctaully be dependable?
