Care is pretty similar but gargs are slightly less arboreal and are more aggressive to other geckos.
I hope you're talking about spoon feeding CGD? People seem to think their geckos aren't eating but a lot of the time young cresteds don't eat enough that you'll notice. Try slowing down with the insects if he's really not eating his CGD.
Temps don't even need to be 75. You shouldn't need any heat unless it dips below say 68 for decent amount of time. Most people have problems keeping them cold enough. Temps shouldn't exceed 80 and IMO 78 is the highest I'll let mine get.
