I just weighed some of my eggs. The eggs layed May 24 weighed 4 grams each. The eggs that were layed May 2 and should hatch any day now each weighed 8 grams! I didn't weigh these 8 gram eggs when they were first layed, but I would guess that they have doubled in size. I think this growth has...
I had a couple that I put in the incubator where I must have messed up the water/vermiculite ratio. They were dented very severely from the bottom up, like you described. They were so dehydrated and flat, I almost tossed them. Instead, I packed moist vermiculite around them just in case...
I have given my gecko two lay boxes. One has peat moss, and the other has spaghnum moss. She uses which ever one is on the warm side of the tank.
A week ago, she laid eggs that I did not find until the second day. She laid them in the spaghnum moss, which was nearly dry when I checked it...
My scale is a gram scale. I wish it was .1 gram. So far, four out of four have weighed 4 grams. One was flickering 3/4, and another was flickering 4/5.
I don't know whether to be concerned or not. My most recent baby, Qt. is walking funny with his front legs. He can walk correctly, but is tending to walk on his forearm with his front legs. He started doing this the day after his first shed.
Here is a photo of how he stands.

Article 1, Section 8 is a list of areas Congress can make laws about.
The article of the twelveth...
I read here several months ago about the problems some people were having with mealies. Does anyone know whether the suppliers have fixed the problem they were having and if what is being sold in the stores now is safe to feed to your pets?
However, if I have failed to keep my gecko healthy, and it has been on bacteria destroying antibiotics which destroy both the good and bad bacteria in it's system, then once the round of antibiotics is finished, I think re-introducing good bacteria (probiotics) to it's system is a good idea.
I am using an a-life 1000 thermostat. It isn't terribly expensive, and it works really well!
If you don't want to invest in a thermostat, the lamp dimmer switch is the next best thing to try.
One last possibility would be to keep adding layers of substrate over the heat mat in your leo's tank...
If you haven't ordered yet, I would suggest that you look into getting flexwat heat tape, hooking it up to a thermostat, and heating your tanks that way. I don't know if you can safely use one of those on a dimmer or not. My personal opinion was that the heat mat that says it's for a 10/20...
