I was just browsing around on youtube looking at Leopard Gecko setups, morphs, feeding videos, etc and then I came across this. Words cannot describe how angry I am after I watched this. I feel so bad for this Leo.

Next week, I'm getting all of the supplies to make a planted vivarium for the crested gecko I'm getting soon. I'm having a really hard time deciding on what substrate to use so I wanted to know what substrate does everyone else use?

Has anyone had any problems keeping their cresties on eco earth? I am getting a crestie in a couple of weeks and I want to keep in a more natural looking set up but I'm totally afraid of the risk of impaction, even though I won't be feeding live foods. I like the more natural looking setups better.
