Hey guys I have about 5 adult and 9 juvie leopard geckos Im lookin to sell here on the marketplace but before I wanted to post an ad I want to know what is the best method of payment (or better the recieivng of) and how should I ship the geckos etc. ? Any help or different opinions is...
Well ya see havent fed him crickets fr a week! And the guy still refuses to eat CGD. Quite frusttrating.
Anyway so today I thought to a little creative so I took a small amoun of banana and mixed it with CGD powder and water, pureed it and places it in the guys cage. Within seconds he was...
Well following everyone's reccomnedations I bought CGD. The little crestie is doin fine but I cant get him to eat the CGD. I put it in his cage and the next day its untouched. The only things he seems to repsond to are crickets/
Any Ideas?
the one that died did have early signs of MBD but the one that as recovered has not. I guess the other gecko just got unlucky. On that note I do supplement my geckos every other feeding with calcium powder (w/o D3), so it really shouldnt be an issue now that the little guy is in my possesion...
Well this morning I awoke to one dead gecko. As of rigth now im considering the cause of death malnutrition and impaction (most likely thanks to the pet store, who keeps geckos on gravel? really, which is unusual for the stck is normally quite well kept) Anyway the odd thing is the other...
If ya think so. Ill keep ya updated.
I dont know if Im repeating myself but they can stick again, but they are not very oriented with their srroundings. i.e they can stick but not rlly climb.
Im usin a repti sun 5.0 uvb bulb (I know uvb isnt neccasary but its good for the plants.) wellanyway i just checked em and the eye issue dissapeared but now they are acting very ummm clumsy. Like when they walk they are kinda wadling like a duck would. It almost looks like they are swimming w/o...
Well ya see I think they might have just shed so i placed them in 1/16 inches of lukewarm water for 15 minutes. When I took them out one gecko seems to have gained his ability to stick again so its possible shed was stuck on his toes. The other one though has yet to stick again, so i dont...
A little more info: It looks as thugh they are both trying to climb and are both very active but neither one can get a grip (quite literally) to climb. Also he eyes have seem to become more less dialted.
cant take pictures right now but i can assure u that the geckos eyes are more dialated in light than they should be. (I ve had cresties before, sold em off a while ago but the urge to get more struck ahah) Anyway my question is what would cause this (and of course te ability not to stick to...
4 days ago i recently purchased 2, 2 month old cresties. When i first recieved them and put them in my enclosure , which I set up accordance to the standards iv read about, they seemed fine. Pupils not dialated, cold, climb, no week or floppy limbs, clear eyes, and no physical issues. But...
